In observance of World Cancer Day (4th February 2025), the institution organizes an Annual Run Marathon to spread awareness about cancer prevention, early detection, and the importance of healthy living. Along with this, the institution felicitates cancer survivor patients, recognizing their strength and perseverance in overcoming the disease.

This heartfelt gesture not only honours survivors but also motivates others to adopt a positive outlook toward health and healing. The initiative promotes social awareness, unity, and compassion within the community

Hands that Heal, Hearts that Feel- Physical Activities for the Elderly

Every year, the institution invites elderly residents from foster homes to the campus and organizes recreational and interactive sessions for them. These sessions include fun physical activities and light games.

The elderly guests often showcase their hidden talents- singing, playing musical instruments such as the flute, or sharing their life experiences and wisdom with the students. The atmosphere becomes one of joy, respect, and emotional connection.

A Tree for Every Soul, A Future for Every Life- Green Birthday Initiative

The institution has adopted an innovative and meaningful way to celebrate students’ birthdays through a Tree Plantation Drive. At the end of each month, trees are planted to mark the birthdays of nursing students born during that month. This tradition symbolizes growth, life and continuity- nurturing both nature and the spirit of giving back. Each planted tree stands as a living legacy, reminding students that every life can contribute to sustaining the planet.

The imitative encourages environmental responsibility and collective participation in preserving ecological balance.
