- Eligibility criterion: – The minimum educational requirements should be 10 + 2 in Arts and English Core/English Elective or Science or Health care Science – Vocational stream ONLY passing out from recognized Board.
- Medical fitness: – Admission is subjected to satisfactory of medical examination report.
- Age limit: – The minimum age for admission should be 17 years on or before 31st December of the year in which admission is sought. The maximum age for admission shall be 35 years.
- Examination: – the council exams are conducted each year in the month of June.
- Career Opportunities: – the pass outs can work nurse in Government/ private Hospitals, medical institutes, colleges, etc. Also they can pursue higher education in GNM nursing, then P.B.BSc. Nursing and then M.Sc nursing which enables them to seek teaching profession in Nursing.
